  • South Bend, Ind.-based industrial services provider MISCOR Group has acquired the business and assets of Visalia, Calif.-based Visalia Electric Motor Shop, Inc., a repair, maintenance and overhaul provider for mission-critical motors and generators.

  • Orange, Conn.-based Hubbell, Inc. has acquired USCO Power Equipment Corp., Leeds, Ala.; CDR Systems Corp., Ormond Beach, Fla.; and ElectroComposites Inc., Quebec, Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed.
