Company helps contractors buy and sell excess inventory online

Cleveland-based MEP Surplus recently launched a Web site on which contractors may buy and sell surplus mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inventory. Contractors visit the site, where they subscribe as either a buyer or a buyer/seller.

Currently, first-time subscribers receive a 15-month subscription for the price of a 12-month subscription if they purchase the buyer/seller package, and contractors interested in just buying need only register and can search the entire site for free.
