Delaware-based electrical contractor Nickle Electrical Companies has acquired a business license to perform work in Virginia. The company is expanding geographically, offering its commercial, industrial, residential, and service skills to better serve the entire Delmarva Peninsula.

Nickle Electrical Companies was founded in 1986 by the late Paul Allen Nickle as Paul A. Nickle, Inc. Electrical Contractors. Current owners Steve and Debbie Dignan acquired the company in 1991 and in 2008 the name was changed to Nickle Electrical Companies to better represent the company as a whole. The 150 employees work throughout the entire State of Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. With locations in Newark and Georgetown, Delaware the company performs commercial, industrial, residential, and service electrical work.
