A 40-year-old man was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after an electrical transformer exploded at a Pasadena power plant last week.

The CapitalGazette.com reported that when firefighters arrived at the Raven Power Brandon Shores power plant in the 1000 block of Brandon Shores Road at 7 a.m., they found the man suffering from second- and third-degree burns to more than 60 percent of his body.

He was taken to the Bayview Burn Center in Baltimore. The Maryland Occupational Safety and Health agency is investigating the incident. Further details on the incident were unavailable...(CapitalGazette.com)
