    This receptacle was installed on the side of this permanently installed decorative fountain. It's too close to the edge and is required to be at least 10 ft away in accordance with Section 680-6. This decorative fountain is considered to be permanently installed because it's constructed in the ground in such a manner that the fountain cannot be readily disassembled for storage. See Section 680-4.

See Section 680-4. In addition, other rules in Article 680 would require GFCI protection, and the type of receptacle cover used here is that which is required by Section 410-57(b).
