New management to lead Guarantee Electrical Co.

“With these changes we have set into motion an ownership transition and management succession program to successfully carry the company into the next century,” said Chuck Oertli, former CEO and now chairman.

Fred Oertli, who joined the company in 1953, will now serve as vice chairman.

Guarantee was founded in 1902 to perform electrical work at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis.
