The correct answer is: c) 100

The requirements for appliances are outlined in Art. 422 of the 2011 NEC. As noted in Sec. 422.11(A), "If a protective device rating is marked on an appliance, the branch-circuit overcurrent device rating shall not exceed the protective device rating marked on the appliance." This section of the Code also states that branch circuits shall be protected in accordance with 240.4. Branch circuit rating requirements can be found in Sec. 422.10.
