    Article 430 covers the requirements for motors, motor circuits and controllers. Motor terminal requirements can be found in Sec. 430.9. As per 430.9(C), "Control circuit devices with screw-type pressure terminals used with 14 AWG or smaller copper conductors shall be torqued to a minimum of 7 lb-in. unless identified for a different torque value.
