    Part IV of Art. 250 covers the bonding and grounding requirements for enclosures, raceways, and service cable connections. As noted in Sec. 250.86, "Except as permitted by 250.112(I), metal enclosures and raceways for other than service conductors shall be connected to the equipment grounding conductor."
