    Article 513 applies to buildings or structures that contain Class I or Class II liquids and where aircraft might undergo service, repair or alteration. As per 513.3(A), "Any pit or depression below the level of the hangar floor shall be classified as a Class I, Division 1 or Zone 1 location that shall extend up to said floor level."
