The provisions of Art. 625 cover electric vehicle charging systems. Installation requirements are outlined in Part III of this Article. As noted in second sentence of Sec. 625.50, "Unless specifically listed and marked for the location, the coupling means of the electric vehicle supply equipment shall be stored or located at a height of not less than 18 in. above the floor level for indoor locations and 24 in. above the grade level for outdoor locations."
