Aeroflex completes acquisition of Racal Instruments Wireless Solutions

Aeroflex recently completed its acquisition of Burnham, Eng.-based Racal Instruments Wireless Solutions. Both companies are now under the Aeroflex brand. The Aeroflex Wireless Division, as it’s known, is part of Aeroflex Test Solutions, which operates eight divisions in the United States and the United Kingdom. This division offers a range of protocol and parametric test solutions for the cellular communications industry.
