NECA, IBEW receive award in Web design competition

Bethesda, Md.-based National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), together with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), recently received a Gold Award in the 2006 Best of the Web Awards competition sponsored by Building Design + Construction. The national competition recognizes the best Web sites in the building communities, judged on the basis of user experience, informative content, and innovative features.

The site, www.electrifyingcareers.com, is aimed at getting young people interested in career paths in the electrical industry.
