BICSI Introduces New Interactive Learning Network

Sept. 18, 2007
BICSI unveils BICSI CONNECT

BICSI CONNECT, a new online interactive learning network, recently debuted at the 2007 BICSI Fall Conference held September 10-13 in Las Vegas.

Geared to help information transport systems (ITS) professionals earn continuing education credits (CECs) through online courses, the learning network offers students the flexibility of Web-based training, allowing them to learn at their own pace without incurring travel expenses. BICSI CONNECT will offer eight courses to increase ITS knowledge and prepare participants for the BICSI RCDD/NTS Specialist credential exam. Seven of the eight courses offered will provide CECs to participants if they qualify. These courses include topics on local area networks, remote access, network storage, Ethernet, network management, Internet protocol and firestopping.

For a complete listing of topics and more information, visit the organization’s Web site.
