    Guarantee Electrical Co., St. Louis, has acquired Denver-based Kimsey Electrical Contracting, a division of Fischbach & Moore Electric, Inc., to form Kimsey-Guarantee Electrical Contracting.     Kimsey Electrical specializes in commercial and industrial electrical construction, traffic signal and heavy highway work, plant construction and maintenance, and voice/data and fiber optic installations.
