Wisconsin Public Service and enXco Close Wind Farm Deal

Wisconsin Public Service Corp. (WPSC) and enXco closed on the Acquisition and Sale Agreement (ASA) for the Crane Creek Wind Farm

Green Bay, Wis.-based Wisconsin Public Service Corp. (WPSC), a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, and Escondido, Calif.-based enXco, an EDF Energy Nouvelles company, closed on the Acquisition and Sale Agreement (ASA) for the Crane Creek Wind Farm, a 99MW wind facility to be constructed near Riceville in Howard County, Iowa. enXco will build the wind farm and turn it over to WPS in a turnkey transaction.

Closure of the ASA removes the final hurdle to construction.
