    The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASRAE) has made draft addenda pertaining to lighting and electrical power in ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA standard 90.1-2001 available for review and comment on its Web site. The 30-day and 45-day review periods for the Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings document range began on Oct. 24 and will last
