K2 Electric Announces New Leadership

Phoenix-based electrical contractor K2 Electric (K2) recently announced the promotion of Jared Kredit to president and Matt Kuiper to vice president. As part of K2’s strategic succession planning, Kredit and Kuiper will continue to position the company for growth, while company founder Dean Kredit will remain involved in the client management aspect of the business and offer his expertise in providing solutions for clients.

Kredit has been with the company for more than 12 years and has served as vice president since 2015. As president he will focus on the systems and processes for K2 in order to improve operational efficiency, along with pursuing new market sectors and geographic regions.

Kuiper has brought a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to K2 for the past 17 years. As vice president, he will oversee all construction-related activity as well as manage the entire construction team. He will leverage this team’s unique talents to focus on growing specific areas of the business. In addition, by working closely with Kredit, he will take on additional leadership responsibilities, allowing Kredit to focus on vision and growth strategy for K2.

Additionally, Estimator Nick Kredit has been a part of this team supporting the growth and strategic changes at K2. He will be working to put more focus on managing their long-standing client relationships and developing new work for K2.
