QSSI announced July 1 that it acquired FX Lighting, a manufacturer of rugged industrial and foodservice (NSF-certified) LED lighting fixtures based in Raleigh, N.C.
QSSI intends to retain the FX Lighting brand and to produce and maintain inventory in all six of its North American facilities. The current product range provides a solid platform for growth within its sector and to expand with new products.
The transaction was completed June 29, 2021. Terms were not disclosed. Merrimack Group served as advisor to QSSI.
