Moving Violations Video No. 291: PVC Conduit Woes

July 20, 2023
Russ examines some rigid PVC conduits between two buildings.

In this episode, Russ examines some rigid PVC conduits in a rather tight space between two buildings. One of the conduits has become severely warped due to the lack of expansion fittings. This is a clear violation of Sec. 352.44(A). Without an expansion fitting, the bending and sagging of the conduit will continue to get worse over time.
