    When complying with the three conditions listed below [as per 501.30(B)], liquidtight flexible metal conduit may be used without a bonding jumper in a Class I Division 2 location.

    1.  The liquidtight flexible metal conduit is 6 ft or less in length, and is installed with fittings listed for grounding.

    2.  The overcurrent protection in the circuit is limited to 10A or less.

    3.  The load is not a power utilization load.
