The requirements for pull and junction boxes, conduit bodies, and handhole enclosures for use on systems operating at greater than 1,000V are outlined in Part IV of Art. 314 in the NEC. As noted in Sec. 314.71(C), “one or more sides of any pull box shall be removable.”
