South Carolina to Adopt 2017 NEC

State plans to implement several updated codes.

According to the November 14, 1017 edition of Code Alerts, from the National Equipment Manufacturers Association (NEMA), the South Carolina Building Codes Council will adopt the 2017 National Electrical Code for use in the state as well as several other codes. See the full list.
