Faith Technologies has acquired CSS Power, a privately owned nationwide provider of critical power and infrastructure solutions. CSS Power, based in Verona, Wisconsin, has become a specialty group of Faith Technologies, led by former President of CSS Power, Pat McGettigan.
Founded in 1994, CSS Power delivered a results-focused approach to managing construction, engineering, infrastructure optimization and upgrades, and hardware installations for its mission critical customer base. These solutions are used by more than 200 customers nationwide, including TDS Telecom, EXP, TDS Hosted and Managed Services, CoreSite and Raytheon Technical Services.
“Our strategic vision is to provide comprehensive solutions to complex technology processes, systems management and mission critical electrical integration, and the CSS Power acquisition supports this vision,” said Mike Jansen, CEO of Faith Technologies. “CSS Power was well positioned within this market, and Faith Technologies’ broad portfolio of services and expanded market coverage will only further enhance the value of our customers’ experiences, and allow us to be even more competitive in the industry.”
As a result of the acquisition, more than 20 CSS Power employees have joined Faith Technologies, serving projects within the mission critical/data center industry. Employees of CSS Power will continue to operate out of their current Verona location. By mid-2014, Faith Technologies plans to merge offices for both Verona employees and Faith Technologies’ current Sun Prairie employees. The location of this office is yet to be determined.
