Generac Power Systems Announces New Mobile Products Brand
Generac Power Systems has established a new brand and commercial group to better serve its mobile power products customers.
Generac Mobile Products will combine the Magnum Power Products, MAC Heaters, and Tower Light brands, said Aaron Jagdfeld, Generac Power Systems’ president and chief executive officer. The new commercial group will provide a more effective and efficient solution for customers to purchase products, request services, and receive customer support.
Until today, customers were required to connect with each subsidiary separately for their product, service, and support needs. Generac Mobile Products eliminates this time-consuming effort, by bringing all mobile products commercial activities under one umbrella, thereby creating a single-sourcing contact.
“By moving to a single-sourcing solution, we believe customer support will be enhanced, and thereby allow customers to focus more time on what they do best,” Jagdfeld said. “In addition, this combined platform allows Generac to more easily offer its products to customers giving them greater access to the company’s broad range of mobile power solutions.”
