The 805 portable vibration meter provides quantifiable information on the bearing and overall health of motors and other rotating equipment

The 805 portable vibration meter provides quantifiable information on the bearing and overall health of motors and other rotating equipment. Able to measure overall vibration from 10 Hz to 1,000 Hz, the meter provides a 4-level severity assessment for overall vibration and bearing condition. The tool also detects peaks in the vibration signal readings of roller bearings from 4,000 Hz to 20,000 Hz, and uses an algorithm to interpret severity to determine if the bearing is going bad. In addition, an infrared sensor automatically measures contact temperature and displays it along with the vibration reading.
