The TQ700 torque wrench pump delivers up to 50% faster bolting than traditional torque wrench pumps of equal size, according
to the company. The pump’s Optimized Flow Technology consists of three separate oil flow stages, each maximized for a distinct portion of the bolt tightening process. Constructed of lightweight and durable aluminum with a compact footprint, the pump easily fits through wind turbine door hatches or other small spaces. Features include: a roll cage, additional side panels for added protection of the internal and ancillary components, an integrated handle that doubles as a hoisting point, a side storage location for cords, and a 20-ft (6 m) pendant for motor control. The unit also provides quiet operation at 82 dBA to 85 dBA.
