According to the company, Demand Control Lighting (DCL) system controls feature the power to adjust lighting ballasts in 1% increments down to 50% power via a personal computer or automated controls, such as scheduling software, occupancy sensors, or photocells, without control wiring. In addition, the controls allow users to minimize energy use during peak hour rates or join a demand-response program.
