These Form 5 sheet steel covers feature a raised dome with stainless steel screws supplied with nylon washers and gasket for simplified installation. The electro-galvanized finish makes the covers suitable for corrosive environments. In addition, they are UL and cUL listed, as well as NEMA 4 rated.
