Product Spotlight: Focus on Lamps

LED T8 retrofit lamp

The LED T8 lamp with external driver features a CRI of 85 and can last up to 50,000 hr, according to the
company. The lamp can be easily installed in most existing ceiling troffers using a Centium external driver that wires the same way as a traditional T8 electronic ballast. In addition, the lamp and driver deliver more than 104 lm/W at the system level, while reducing the wattage by 17% compared to fluorescent 32W T8 systems and 35% compared to fluorescent 34W T12 systems.

A21 LED lamp

The Ultra LED omnidirectional A21 lamp is the equivalent of a 100W incandescent but consumes only
20W of electricity. Producing a similar lumen output and distribution pattern to incandescent lamps, the product provides up to 80% energy savings over traditional incandescent versions and offers a 25,000-hr life, according to the company. Features include a CRI of 80 and a 2,700K warm white color temperature. Mercury- and lead-free, the lamp is dimmable to 10%.

CB2G LED lamp

Designed as a cETLus-certified replacement LED lamp for compact-fluorescent 2G11 lamps, the CB2G
LED instant-on lamp is available in 15W or 20W versions, features a 120° beam angle, and comes in 3,200K or 4,250K to 4,750K color temperatures, with other color temperatures available upon request. The mercury- and UV-free lamp features a 30,000-hr life, according to the company, and enables a simple lamp replacement to occur without replacing the entire fixture by bypassing the ballast.

LM16 LED lamp

The LM16 LED lamp delivers center beam candlepower for 25° beam angles. According to the company,
the lamp uses up to 80% less energy and is designed to last up to eight times longer than traditional 50W halogen MR16 lamps. Designed to work with a broad range of transformers and dimmers, the 50W halogen equivalent model delivers 620 lm (consuming only 9W), and the 35W halogen equivalent model delivers 425 lm (consuming only 7W). Both versions provide at least a 25,000-hr life.
