    Answer: A

    As noted in the first sentence of 514.16 [Grounding and Bonding], "All metal raceways, the metal armor or metallic sheath on cables, and all non-current carrying metal parts of fixed portable electrical equipment, regardless of voltage, shall be grounded and bonded."
