Plant/facility professionals operate in an environment that is demanding and unforgiving. As the National Electrical Code (NEC) has evolved, changes to the rules and their impact are often overlooked. Some changes to the 2023 NEC could impact a plant/facility’s downtime and bottom-line revenue, as well as the company’s annual budget.

If you perform electrical design work for plant/facility owners, install products and systems in these types of spaces or operate & maintain equipment in plants/facilities then this webinar is for you.

Areas of focus include:

  • Requirements for network-connected life safety equipment that can withstand cyber-attacks.
  • Rule changes for reconditioned equipment.
  • Revisions to Section 110.26 for equipment doors, entry, and egress requirements
  • New requirements for working space that feature flat and level surfaces.
  • Changes to the requirements for dedicated equipment space for service equipment.
