FirstReport 2006 fills out workers' compensation first reports of injury and maintains OSHA 300 Logs, 300A Summaries, and 301 Incident Reports. The software is date sensitive and automatically saves incidents occurring in and after 2002 on the OSHA 300 series forms, while keeping incidents before 2002 on the old OSHA 200 log forms.

OSHALOG 300, Version 4.0

The OSHALOG 300 Version 4.0 relational database software is designed to report and manage on-the-job injuries, illnesses, and incidents. Its OSHA Forms 300, 300A, 301, first aid, and other analytical reports and graphs meet compliance requirements and help manage and analyze user accident data. The software can help cut costs by identifying accident-causing equipment, operations, and areas so effective preventive action can be taken. It also includes OSHACoach, with up-to-date regulations to determine when a case is recordable or not.
