BICSI publishes Outside Plant Design Reference Manual, fourth edition

Tampa, Fla.-based BICSI®, an organization of information transport systems (ITS) industry professionals, recently released the Outside Plant Design Reference Manual (OSPDRM), fourth edition. Among new topics covered in the fourth edition is a chapter on legal considerations for the OSP designer.
