Fluke Corp., Everett, Wash., recently launched www.ActionEco.org to give managers a place to learn low-cost energy-saving techniques and share their own ideas and experiences. According to the company, the forum, , explains the "why" behind energy conservation, provides resources to cut energy use, and gives visitors the opportunity to sign up and get involved.
