The five highest-paying states for electricians in 2022 have been revealed thanks to the most recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics in its updated Occupational Employment and Wages Study from May 2022. This year's rankings feature some big changes from last year's top five. Most notably, Illinois lost its top spot and came in at number four this year. In addition, New York, New Jersey, and Alaska have all dropped off the list.
