It looks like this PVC conduit installer forgot to use glue or cement on those conduit body fittings. This could be cited as a violation of Sec. 352.48. Section 300.12 can also be cited now that the raceway is noncontinuous. With the exposed wiring, an inspector could also cite a violation of Sec. 300.3(A).
