This kit converts an 8-ft T12 strip luminaire into a T8 fluorescent luminaire

This kit converts an 8-ft T12 strip luminaire into a T8 fluorescent luminaire. The kit works in combination with T8 fluorescent lamps and an electronic ballast to reduce power consumption on average by an additional 15% beyond the lamp itself, according to the company. In addition, the product provides multi-lamp compatibility by converting two T12 F96 lamps to four F32T8 lamps. Available with or without a T8 ballast, the kit includes T8 bi-pin lamp sockets, T8 retrofit brackets socket plates, and self-tapping screws and accommodates fixture housings between 4 in. and 5 in. wide.
