The future of the electrical industry is in good hands, as is evidenced by EC&M’s 2026 class of 30 Under 30 Electrical All Stars. As the industry navigates challenging workforce transitions, growing infrastructure demands, and rapid technological change, these honorees are stepping up with fresh ideas, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous learning. 

Celebrating individuals who go above and beyond, EC&M's annual recognition program honors standouts 30 years old or younger who are reshaping the future of the electrical field. Since its inception, this program continues to grow in popularity and notoriety, drawing increasing numbers of nominations from electrical contractors, engineering firms, and plant facilities across the country. Again this year, we received a record-breaking number of nominations, serving as a reminder of the incredible talent currently energizing the electrical industry.
