ArchKey, a scaled, national electrical and technology systems provider, announced the acquisition of US Communications & Electric, a Cleveland-based technology integration firm specializing in audio-visual systems, distributed antenna systems (DAS), network infrastructure, security solutions, and connected building technologies.

Founded in 1996, US Communications & Electric employs more than 130 professionals and has completed more than 10,000 projects serving customers nationwide across key end markets including data centers, healthcare, education, government, financial services, and industrial.

The acquisition expands ArchKey's technology solutions offerings and strengthens its scalable national platform for delivering integrated electrical and technology solutions across North America.
