WennSoft recently announced its plans to integrate its Service Management series with the next release of Microsoft Business Solutions CRM. Initially, the integration will be targeted toward companies that sell and service high-value stationary assets.

Several areas have been identified as the initial points of integration, such as contact, location, account, and contract. In addition, other areas like activity history, quotes, cases, and equipment lists are scheduled to follow in future releases.
