The Lighting Research Center (LRC) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., recently released a survey intended to help researchers gain a better understanding of how daily light exposures have changed for individuals who have at least partially returned to work after being confined to their homes due to the coronavirus pandemic and the effect that this may have on sleep quality and psychological health.
