Schneider Electric acquires Magnecraft products from MSD

Product line grossed $14 million in 2004

Schneider Electric recently acquired the Magnecraft line of industrial relays from United States supplier MSD. The company plans to incorporate the line with its existing Telemecanique and Square D product lines.

The Magnecraft product line grossed $14 million in sales in 2004.
