Introducing the 2023 EC&M 30 Under 30 All Stars

June 25, 2023
Up-and-coming electrical professionals demonstrate innovation, outstanding work ethic, and technical savvy on the job.

Nominations for EC&M's 2023 30 Under 30 Electrical All Stars definitely did not disappoint. Receiving a record number of outstanding nominations, this year's call for entries pulled in an impressive collection of young electrical professionals, which demonstrates the innovation and skill this younger generation is bringing to the electrical industry. As the skilled labor shortage continues to make it more difficult to recruit and retain top talent, it's especially important that we honor the next generation who will lead this industry forward.

This photo gallery showcases the 30 individuals who were selected as 2023’s group of Under 30 EC&M All Stars, and serves as a sneak peek for the Special Report (coming soon to ecmweb.com and featured in the July 2023 print issue). This piece will reveal specifically how these young professionals are going above and beyond the call of duty, especially showing innovation, efficiency, and creativity while incorporating technology into their jobs. Here they are — listed in alphabetical order.

Congratulations to all of the 2023 honorees for everything they have done and continue to do to advance the electrical profession.
